Tsai Ming-Yueh, originally from Taichung, graduated from the Department of Materials Science at National Cheng Kung University and is currently studying at National Kaohsiung Normal University’s Interdisciplinary Program.

Ming-Yueh’s artistic practice focuses on urban transformation, examining local history and the dynamics of communities. His work seeks to explore the blurred boundaries between reality and history, creating artistic interventions that open up dialogues between different perspectives and roles.
