Residency plan
From mainland to island, island to mainland.
The motivation was inspired by the extreme difference of population density, the imprints of imbalance due to urbanization, moreover, the difference of climate, natural structure and fauna. Although, Mongolian population is 2/3 of Taiwan, it is not a secret that ecological pollution including issues facing sewage treatment, pure water availability imbalance and the results of urbanization are crucial in Mongolia. Yi Lan region of Taiwan has a relatively dense population and highly developed industrialization and urban culture. We would like to reflect on the current condition of above-mentioned issues in Taiwan by observing and on-hand study of the field through artistic expressions.
